Tuition Policies and Procedures

Annual Registration Fee (due at time of registration - good for one calendar year)
Individual - $25
Family - $40

Payment Plans Available:
Plan 1: Payment in Full (at time of registration) offers a 5% discount.
Plan 2: Two Payment Plan offers a 2.5% discount, payable in two installments – Sept 1st and Feb 1st.
Plan 3: Monthly Installment Plan – tuition is to be paid on the day of or prior to the first class of each month. The first month's payment and registration fee is non-negotiable, non-refundable and is due at registration. Monthly installments are based on a full year tuition broken into 10 equal installments.
(A $15 late fee will be added to any account for payments submitted after the 10th of the month of each month-avoid late fees by setting up Bill-Pay through YOUR bank)
Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted.

Any student with an overdue balance of more than 60 days will not be allowed into class until payment in full is received or payment arrangements have been made.
Parents/Guardians will be responsible for these and any and all legal and/or collection fees incurred by Millstone Dance should my account become delinquent.
Refund Policy
No refunds or credits will be given for classes missed. If a make-up class is not available, the student may select an age and ability appropriate level to take as a make-up class.

Costume Policy
No refunds or exchanges are offered on costume orders. To receive ANY costumes ALL balances MUST be paid in full.

If a student is unable to perform in the recital, teacher and the office must be notified in writing prior to December 31st, otherwise a costume will be ordered.
